🚀 During the drink we organized earlier in December, the project was officially launched with our loved ones! We validated the collective in charge of the MVP development and are now working with Djulian, Hind and Adrien on the first models, content and design of what will be your future app!

🪙 Spearheaded by CMTA (an independent grouping of Swiss financial technology and innovation pioneers working to establish operational standards based on blockchain), Pictet, Vontobel and Credit Suisse have successfully completed the first feasibility test of a tokenized investment product issuance. This aims to increase security, efficiency and reduce operational complexity of investment transaction processes.

🪐 Lausanne-based fintech Swissborg launched its Series A on December 13 and is offering nearly 5% of its capital to the public. Purpose of the raise: to obtain new licenses ("Securities House" and "Fintech") in order to conquer the European market. This application that helps its users to invest in cryptocurrencies has chosen a valuation of 500 million francs to raise 24 million francs.
